Scope
Design & manufacture a stand alone Test Rig with the sole purpose of performing a Production Acceptance Test for a Overspeed Governor Unit (OSG).
The project featured
- Fluid: Turbo Oil 2380
- Working temperature 80°C (all seals Viton)
- Variable speed drive c/w close loop feed back
- 2 x Bucher QXV Internal gear pump
- 1 x Offline filter / cooling loop
- 2 x VSE flow meters
- All filtration Hydac
