Who we are
Bell Hydraulics Ltd have been at the forefront of hydraulic design technology at our location in South Wales for over 35 years. Our strength lies in the design, manufacture and servicing of bespoke hydraulic power units, test rigs and control systems for sectors such as aerospace, defence, food, recycling, heavy Industry & Oil & Gas.
Our Experience
We are a small highly specialised engineering team utilising CAD and 3D modelling software to aid the design process. Our extensive facilities enable us to build and manufacture hydraulic power units, test rigs and control systems to our client’s specifications in an efficient and cost effective manner.
We are situated in our own purpose built factory located in Cwmbran, South Wales. Our location in the heart of South Wales provides easy access to Newport, Cardiff, Bristol, London and the Midlands.
Consultation
Over the past 25 years we have provided urgent and on the day advice to a wide variety of companies who have a hydraulic issue that needs resolving.
Design
Using CAD and Solid-works in combination with our experience we can provide a novel and innovative solution to any hydraulic problem or request.
Service
Our Service engineers have worked out in the field for over 25 years and understand the need for clear and precise management of a hydraulic system and how to resolve an onsite problem accurately and rapidly.

Experienced Team
We have extensive years of experience between our design and hydraulic service engineers which means that our solutions are based on robust working evidence. We can design, consult, manufacture, install, service and advise regarding all hydraulic issues.

We pride ourselves on providing customers with a personalised approach. There are no automated systems to navigate to get in contact with a team member. We understand the need to be able to discuss the issue at hand promptly and to feel that support is readily available when a new or updated system is being developed.
Extensive Facilities
We have the ability within our factory to design, build, test, service and to provide hardware for Hydraulic systems.
We have a large bespoke factory which is situated just off the M4 in Cwmbran South Wales. This means that we have easy access to the motorway and can travel throughout the UK within 24hours.
Service, Test & Repair
Within our range of services provided we have the ability to assess faulty hydraulic equipment either on-site or within our factory. We conduct appropriate tests to identify faults, following this we can provide a summary of the issues and the best options from that point whether it be repair or replace.
